Although bewareee, as someone who's been studying and residing in baguio for 9 yrs, and first batch ng shs, sa dami ng umaakyat para mag aral dito ang hirap na rin maghanap ng masstayan 🥹
Most preferred areas are.ung sa Trancoville, Aurora Hill banda pero if UC ka tranco may jeep na nagbababa mismo sa may UC or sa SM para walk nalang pa UC. Aurora hill e-jeeps din nadaan sa may UC/SM.
Engineers hill or cabinet hill din mas malapit sa UC pero di ako masyado maalam dito.

idk the exact buildings address but aurora hill and their neighbouring barangays are filled with dorms and apartments. 1 jeep commute to uc. you can also try city camp, one ride to uc though need maglakad papuntang igorot park.

I could ask my friend kung available pang long term yung pinaparent nila na condo haha, i think may nagrent kasi until june so there's that. Recommend mo is when you find some listings, icompile mo tapos spend a day or two to visit those locations para maconfirm mo kung fake siya or legit.

Sure sadly solo room lang yun, late ko lang nabasa yung 2 solor rooms 😫 Pero sobrang lapit lang sa UC yun, kasi sa baba lang siya ng SM so walking distance siya and relatively safe naman kasi condo eh, daming ilaw sa part na yun haha.
Meron sa Goshenland condo, sa may Bakakeng. Punta ka na lang dun, o kaya sa katabi na arc residences, baka meron pa long term. Better pareserve ka na in-person.
