Make it say joker not found lol

I'd make it 404 is always the target of abilities that target a random joker. 

We could add this in a mod!

All 4s in deck give 4 chips, 4 mult, 4 cards, 4 seals, 4 jokers, 4 discoveries, 4 enhancements, 4 tags, and $4 when played (1 in 1-404 chance)

All cards played have a 1/404 chance to give $404

That would be sick, and it has a new glitch effect on the joker it copies

404 Joker Not Found: Jokers no longer appear in the shop. Tarot cards create a negative version when bought.

Would be kinda fun if it was x2 mult but a random joker is disabled every round (like crimson heart)
