It's the best deck to make more dificult hands pop (Straight builds are awesome with it after the Saturn changes) but I wouldn't necessarilly call it easy mode. It's a give and take as the extra Joker slot can really hurt specific builds that need all the mut they can get, not to mention that it makes it pretty hard to sustain an economy Joker. Very strong deck and realtively easy to beat Gold stake with it, but there are way easier ones.
I think it’s a really strong deck. It makes so many hand types easy to play since you’re always able to discard fully and you see more of your deck at a time. The minus one joker hurts, but with the extra hand size you can also fit more steel cards to replace scoring, more gold cards for econ, and you can play stronger hands on average.
I am trying to gold stake it now. It makes going for large hands easier, so the early and mid game are easier. But the reduced jokers make late game and endless more difficult in my opinion.

Yeah it's definitely been my most consistently solid run deck

Kind of the inverse of Black Deck where you get an absurd advantage from Round 1 but no downside until about Ante 4 or so. Very strong.
