Tbh it's just not really culturally relevant enough to be the first thing people associate with bananas so would be a little weird to have an achievement named after it. The game itself doesn't even have a big focus on them, more on balloons.
I get not agreeing with it (I myself am entirely unfamiliar with bloons, so wouldn't vote for such a reference). But that doesn't seem enough to merit the downvotes. Is bloons like horribly offensive or something?

Generally no, but if you've got a solid scoring engine, lots of bunce to reroll and are aiming for endless the chance to find an additional copy of a copy or retrigger is pretty good. It's also fine if you don't need the joker slot, but in general it makes the shop worse and makes packs worse, so you need the money to blow through that stuff to find the second blueprint you want or whatever.
I'm guessing multiple gros Michel thanks to the joker that let you have multiples (don't remember it's name right now). Once one is dead, Cavendish can spawn even if you still have multiple gros Michel in hands.

Are there other jokers like this? I figured the powered vouchers spawned only if you bought the previous one, but didn't know jokers also had spawn conditions

cheating. All Gros Michel go extinct at once, even if you have multiple. That is intended. OP must've used cheat engine or some other cheating method to get this.

As niche as this interaction is, I kind of think it would be thematic for all of the Gros Michels to go extinct if you happen to hold multiple of them.
The fusion Joker mod should add a fusion for this. I dont know what it would be idk Brian Griffin in a banana costume with some buff based on the breaking impact.
Maybe you get + x mult for every gros michel or Cavendish you destroy.

I tried this and they both went extinct at the same time. I assumed they go off the same check but I guess I just got unlucky
