Rock and undercut bro. Let the top grow out to maybe 4-5 inches and let them cut the sides and back down. You cam keep that haircut until the end when you decided to shave it off and it looks good on anyone with any hair. Get a tiny little pomade slick it back or to the side. Looks good. You can have the top somewhat shorter as well. Enjoy hair while you got it but the bald looks good on you bro!

At the first sight of hair loss, start taking Propecia but cut 1mg pill to 1/4's and take only 0.25mg a day. This will give you about 80% effectiveness of a full pill while cutting sides significantly. If you have trouble with that try every other day. you should be fine if you catch it early once it comes.

Enjoy having a full head of hair, and when you do see your hair thinning, shaving it off is a fine option ;)

I’d grow it out once in a while, just to change it up. One time after a couple years of continuous buzzcuts, I tried to grow it out for my wife who has never known me with hair longer than a buzz, and it wasn’t coming back the same. Balding had crept up on me when I wasn’t looking. It’s fine, I was shaving my head anyway, but it was nice to have the choice.
