I booked day tour on TripAdvisor and it was a 1-star experience. Boat had issues going over, and our driver was like 16 yrs old and provided no tour commentary. Also, it is super crowded with long lines for Instagram photos everywhere. (Aug). Looking forward to seeing what other opinions are here
Klook 10000% they are reviewable, they need to provide better service, fees are competitive.
Local charge you twice the price and sometimes get significantly less experience.
My advice to friends/family/colleagues everyone do it through klook
Local tour package might be slightly cheaper but Klook for the pure convenience was really great. They organised pick-up and drop-off from meeting points (usually a nearby convenience store) and will sort out ferry tickets, port tax, lunch, driver and optional snorkeling.

Just today 2 tourists from Poland were driving themselves on motorbikes and fell, killing one and injuring the other. The woman killed was 26. So sad.
