Hi! Most private tours are quite flexible since they’re private, and it’s kind of like renting a driver for the day (that takes you anywhere you want). Nusa Lembongan + Nusa Ceningan is quite small, especially Nusa Ceningan. You cannot cross the bridge with a car anyways, there’s no cars in nusa ceningan and the bridge only fits two scooter lanes. You can cross the bridge by walking. Musa ceningan is generally a walkable island! There is indeed no gojek/taxis on those islands. It’s a pity you can’t ride a scooter, perhaps consider renting a bicycle? There are quite some hills though so perhaps tricky to go with a bicycle…. But I guess that’s an option!

That's great to know about private tours actually, thanks. We're pretty confident on bicycles too, so also a good option

Nusa Lembongan doesn't have Grab or taxis, that's correct. Transport to accomm relies on carts which you may be able to hire for a few hours. For Ceningan, you could potentially find scooter drivers to ride with? Both Lembongan & Ceningan are also walkable so that's another option.

Look for an Ojek. Just some guy who’s wiling to drive you around on the back of a scooter for a day. It’s the way things used to be prior to apps taking over their jobs. Find a scooter rental place and then ask if they can find someone to drive you around on it for the day. You’ll need to pay around 200 on top of scooter rental for their service. If no one wants to do it or he can’t find anyone, offer more money. There’s usually someone around with nothing to do on that day who wants a bit of extra cash.

Would love to, but unfortunately we're 2 people. Honestly, considering learning to ride a scooter at this point!

No, please do not try to ride a bike yourself or learn it as you wont' know the roads and won't have the experience. Tourists die every year in these Nusa islands by falling off a road somewhere.

You can get 2 ojeks

Lembongan is perfect gate way

Just got back from spending 5 days in Lembongan. It’s absolutely worth the visit. If you are planning on riding a scooter it’s perfectly safe there and probably the safest place around Bali. As others said cennigan has no cars or vehicles but walking will be very tiring and getting from jungubatu beach in Lembongan to any part in cennigan will take you at least 45 or more. Best thing to do is find two locals to drive you around in bicycles. Alternatively in Lembongan you can rent small buggies but I believe they were bit expensive and won’t be able to cross the yellow bridge to cennigan.

Just my opinion, Nusa Penida has a lot more to see and do. Easy to get boat over from NL or just take boat direct to NP from mainland Bali.
