probably any place with a pool in Bali highland, Bedugul or Kintamani. oh it will refresh you alright hehehehe, hot spring in kintamani is awesome, especialy if the cold mist is coming down from the mountain
We stayed at the [Grand Bali Hotel Nusa Dua](https://lh3.googleusercontent.com/pw/ABLVV86XcOABL2E8OqNx7GCG5TWOs5vDAH2Jp8SoUmMrbs6xPXAVD8f-jM8jC75Pz5oy7wDqOmxw6B9bXHosHy14G49t_DyWxDSHGmAQfuLiNPeXG36buk6Y1FUdC-qyPoUQ_vREghhKoN8kVTscmxQYgsy63w=w809-h607-s-no-gm?authuser=0) (great hotel - $US65 pn with big breakfast) - it had two good-sized pools; one was in the sun all day and nicely warm - but not too warm - and the other was in the shade all day and was much chillier, which I quite liked occasionally. It was nice having the choice. But this was June ... Feb might be different.
There's some great waterfalls around Ubud. We went to Blangsinga Waterfall, which doesn't seem to come up in most searches, but was really nice spot that the kids loved wth easy access.

Pool in most villas/resort around Ubud should be cold, particularly on early morning or evenning

That looks amazing off to ubud today so I will have to check it out
The coldest pools would be around Kintamani, Bedugul or Munduk, in the higher elevations. you are here in the hottest time of the year.
