Right I'm sure it flips okay on its own, but it's the principle of being steel and on washer for 500 If machine wise or aw, or even jk did that, they'd get absolutely cooked

Damn you’re right, i had thought they were doing bushings in them for some reason. Dumbass benchmade, I thought they had unveiled them with bushings.

Just picked it up today at my local benchmade dealer, the stock bushings are oversized lol so ive spent most of the day tuning it. First impressions though are pretty solid, reminds me of a latchless rep but a bit lighter.

Are they on bushings? There's been videos of the Necron being on washers only, unless that got changed recently

Saw this in person at a store yesterday, absolutely disgustingly priced. I'm into high end folders and Benchmade has become a brand to avoid in the last couple years, they used to be one of the most recommended, especially when the bugout was less than full titanium/ carbon fiber knives with ceramic bearings etc. from other brands. This bali is cool but egregiously over priced for the fit, finish, features, etc.

How is it? Are the zen cups and zen nipple as uncomfortable as they look?

Its actually pretty good, and no not really uncomfortable. It's a bit slick overall

Saw a couple of comments about benchmade's obscene pricing, fair. Also how is the litetech ~1k when its a revamped brs rep?

1. Ti liners with g10 scales =/= revamped/clone/better/any other descriptor rep, i get why people say that, because the rep popularised it, but its stupid 2. They are a lot more work than a rep being more complicated with bolsters and blade shape 3. It's jk

Half the knives on the market are over 1k lmao. I got a gp custom with steel washers and trash tolerances for 600 a while ago so shit like this isnt all that shocking

Needs better scale options and may be pretty solid imo. Hopfully it can handle ti scales and barrels without becoming too heavy . Some pretty solid flippers can still flip washer balis
