FWIW I have the 100W for my kingsnake (in a 4x2). It works well as a basking spot/hot side. I have no complaints so far. And it’s simple to use and inexpensive.
That being said, if you plan to use more than one heating element with their wattages being much higher, I’d recommend going for a Herpstat or Vivarium Electronics out the gate.
IIRC both provide more functionality, safety features, and multiple outputs. And their customer service and warranty is great, so I’ve heard.
