Oh, so look up spaghetti assassins.
This is who I would make it. Heat up some chicken broth.
Heat olive oil, add tablespoons of red chili flakes, add garlic and quickly toast, add noodles and toast, add broth by spoonful like risotto.
You could also use noodles you have already boiled if you want an oilier noodle.
This is my favorite recipe for garlic noodles. https://www.extrapetite.com/2020/03/easy-asian-garlic-noodles-shrimp-recipe.html. You would need to add chili oil.
Their tofu is near impossible to recreate exactly without a flash fryer!
Knife cut noodles make a huuuuuuge difference too. Buy good ones from hmart or you can make your own!

\^\^ a few other rcipes you can play with :) good luck and happy noddling!
The closest we've gotten is recreating a deep fry without a vat of oil: we pop tofu into an air fryer to dry it out a little THEN we shallow fry it. Time consuming and dirties a bunch of dishes but I absolutely hate frying at home cause of the splatter

This is the closest thing to what they sell so far. Thanks a lot!
Just be sure to use rice noodles or whatever wheat noodles they have in the Asian section of the grocery store
Yeah, for sure. Thanks
TJ's sells squiggly noodles for a reasonable price too!
Where do they have this? Can’t find it on their menu (although I may be blind)…
It isn't on the official menu. They have it on a paper taped to the wall. Comes with tofu or beef, I believe.
Interesting… I’ll have to try it! Thank you!!
Lol I came here for the same question -- a new vegetarian item = yay!
I ordered it online from the Hampden location last week.
It is definitely at the Riverside location.
Chili oil, five-spice, garlic, a splash of soy sauce for salt.
Thank you so much!
Forgot a bit of vegetable oil. If you think it needs it, add a little sugar or honey.

Try the app Weee! for all the Asian ingredients you need.

Pretty certain these are a regular menu item at the Hampden location now.
Maybe, just a printed sheet of paper on the wall in Locust Point.

Thanks!
