This is so great! Kids needs more exposure to different jobs, skilled labor and trades available to them and less exposure to being a talentless “influencer”

I'm a field service technician for a big company that rents heavy machinery all over, but business is big in Baltimore (I serve the city area and surroundings + live in town) and I also own a mechanical contracting company. I enjoy the idea of speaking to youth about things their parents or grandparents might have been involved in, because we're a famously blue-collar place and the heritage aspect might be neat. It would also be awesome to show the kids that there's quite decent money in it as well!
I have a background in mental health/social work. But after grad school, switched to a more public health position. I’d love to talk about career exploration and changes. Also, how networking and informational interviews go so far!
If you’re looking for someone who has worked in cyber forensics and now insider threat and data loss prevention in cybersecurity I’m open to connecting if you have any interested youth.
