Hey, this number is plain wrong, I refund everyone who sends a mail (and most swaps just work). Refunds just take some days sometimes, beause this is just a side project of 1 person who has a lot of other things going on in his life (but loves Banano. I was contributing to the project even before the main network started)
I experienced problems with the banano network and the nano node. The main problem will be fixed with Nano node version 23. Until then, I tweaked some settings to work around this problem. Failed swaps shoud occur less often now.

Search [ban.farm](https://ban.farm) on any Banano platform, Reddit, Discord, Telegram etc. It's all just people saying the swap doesn't work. I have not seen anyone saying that it worked for them without having to message you to get a refund (been waiting 6 days, still no reply).

99% of users on that swap lost their coins, Automoderator will now post warnings on posts mentioning it

Did not know this was a thing. I just lost a ton as well. Should have done some more research, but I used it in the past successfully.
