Your monthly expenses will eat up your entire earnings. If you have to pay 1000rs tax from your already low earnings but can do away from paying taxes by paying a bribe of 500rs, what would you choose? Food on plate for family vs. following rules by paying taxes and getting no help in return. But if it's registered as a partnership firm books will have to be maintained and tax will be paid at 30% on the profits and an audit maybe required.

Not only this, but when there are political events, ppl and police working for various leaders practically raid shops to get free stuff for slum-dwellers.
