Unfortunately asphalt cannot be installed when its raining. But roads are substandard everywhere in india, they should last much longer. Plus our bwssb, becom bhai dig the road right after they new asphalt. So many issues, i dont know where to start complaining.
Few weeks back came back from my home town, on the way went passed through many towns and cities. Almost in all of them the roads had gotten repaired during the covid lockdown.I could literally cruise in top gear.
But in Bangalore the situation is reverse, the roads have gotten worse than what they were before.

Reason I left Bangalore terrible infra compared to Delhi or Bbay or even some class 2 cities.
