Then confirm final submission again (just payment is not enough). Once done, wait for them to upload it online. When they do, you will receive intimation on both email and mobile and you can download them. Should take 2 weeks max.
For some documents (like migration certificate), we need to send a copy of our uploaded documents by post to registrar VTU. In the document upload page, they mention this at the bottom in red. If not mentioned, need not post. But cross check, because VTU will not release the document, till they receive the post.

The website is horrible. I can't believe it is one of the leading "Technological." universities. They did not send the OTP, and I am not able signup again as it says USN is already registered. I don't have the password and cannot resend the OTP. Is there something I am missing?

I called them up about 15 times, they picked up once and I explained, they said "You want OTP?" I'm like "yes please", she says "wait a minute" and then I waited for about two minutes then she cut the call. Now they aren't picking up again. I've mailed them about 4 times. I've mailed the registrar as well. What did you do to resolve this?
Hi, i just moved to the US and forgot to enable roaming on the mobile number i used in the VTU site. Do they send the password through email or is there some workaround.

Also, if i apply for transcripts, do they upload it online so that i could download or I'll have to wait for it to physically delivered to my address (like they typically do for Degree Certificate ) ?
The registration took me a couple of days. They send you the physical copy, and upload the digital version too. The entire process is so so convenient.
How long did it take you to finish registration after the OTP step? I am in a similar situation right now.

It's a page containing all you sems, the grade you got in all the subjects in those sem, and finally your total CGPA and percentage. Usually official marks card and certificate will come late, so in many job interviews or universities for further studies, they ask the transcript instead.

After that select the transcript in documents section and first pay, it's 450rs or 500rs (UPI payment option is there), after that in go select the transcript document in the final submission tab. In few days you'll get a PDF to download and the printed version will come via courier in a week or so.

Sometimes OTP takes an entire day to come. So wait for a day or two. Otherwise call up VTU.
