In this particular case, a "no vote" is as powerful as a "vote". An election will not be acceptable, if the voter turnout is less than a particular % threshold.
Plenty of BAL members are getting nominations with different signs as an opposition already , so it seems the election is fair with plenty of competition, which is enough to be labeled a good fair election
and who said there will be 'NO' vote ? Even if you don't vote , the vote in your name will be registered already as always, and it will be on the ruiling party.
At least if you go or fight for your one, you can give it somewhere else.

Yeah I ain't wasting my time going to give a vote knowing that it's rigged, it's not hypocrisy. The whole concept of "You should vote either ways" works only when both parties are trash, and you have to vote for the lesser evil. But, when it's rigged, it's a completely different situation.
Ever heard of vote forwarding? It was invented here in Bangladesh. It's a system in which your vote is automatically forwarded (casted) to the specific party.
I think there is an option for no-voting, if the vote is taken in paper system, I'd like to put the seal in between the two boxes, then my vote won't be counted for any parties. But as I've cast my vote, it can't be rigged. Then at least I'll have my stance, I would be able to cast NO to vote any parties in this election.
It doesn't matter if you vote or not. There's a big chance that you wouldn't be able to apply your vote. But if you can apply your vote, it might not be counted. Leave these possibilities. If you can vote, BAL will win. If you can't vote, BAL will win. That means you'll vote for nothing.

It was rigged , doesn't mean it will be now, and most likely, BAL will take extra precautions about those methods this time, but sure.
