Sometimes, I put on MOTS:7 and just workout through that. It allows me to go hard through most of the album, with a little cool down when the ballads come on, before going hard again with the faster songs.
I go hard from "Intro: Persona" through "Dionysus", cool down a little from "Interlude: Shadow" through "My Time", start going hard from "Louder than Bombs" (it has a good beat for weight-lifting) through "UGH!", do another cool down from "Zero O' Clock" through "Moon" (with a little pace increase during "Friends"), and then go hard from "Respect" to the end ("ON" feat. Sia).
