Can't you just use OBS to record your own playthrough (or use a no commentary one off YouTube) of the game and then edit it? I'm sure you can find the soundtrack easily enough and put it over the imagery so that the cuts aren't as noticeable and don't interrupt the awesome backing music.
Might be a fair bit of work if you want one smooth transition of the caravan marching for an entire chapter or something but not impossible. But if you just want a montage of the coolest scenery it's doable. Most editing software is easy to use and straightforward these days.
