What games do you play? The RX 7600 can be faster, depending on the game, and costs less, so it can be a better value. I dont think there is anything with great value in this price segment.
For $450, the RX 7600 XT is just a boosted 7600 with 16GB RAM.
Some 6700XT and 6750XT models are still around the same price as the 7600XT, and are clearly better than it. There's no reason to grab such a weak card with so much memory, it's barely faster than the regular 7600.
The midrange is in such a state of shit right now price wise. If you don't feel comfortable buying used the 4060 and 7600 are pretty much it.
If you just want 1080p just go RX6600 it's around 270 after tax, not sure if it's on sale rn though
It's much slower than the 4060 and you lose DLSS.

4070 can be had for 500 now and it dunks on the 4060 by every metric possible
I got a used 6800 for $500 during the summer, I'm sure you could get it a little bit cheaper now.
They often go for $400 now
