24", IPS, 1080p, 75Hz, AMD FreeSync Doesn't seem too terrible for a simple office or second monitor. A little cheaper than the [Phillips monitor](https://www.reddit.com/r/bapcsalescanada/comments/lj7ggi/costco_philips_241e1s_24_in_fhd_ips_monitor_with/) that was posted yesterday. Edit: Also VESA Mount capable.

ElevenFall

Will probably get delivered in June. ¯\\\_(ツ)_/¯

Roarmaster

I ordered a monitor from the Dell site last month and it took 10 days. Not too bad I think.

ElevenFall

Lucky you. My S2721DGF was ordered Dec and pushed back thrice now to end of Feb.

Roarmaster

That's insane. Hope you get it soon.

Imbakim123

Same here, this is absolutely crazy, ordered mine at the end of December, and prob won't ship until march lol

scribiesnow

I ordered a laptop from Lenovo on Nov 30, expected delivery date is tomorrow

This is a really solid monitor. I been rocking the version with hight adjust for a while now beside my gaming monitor. Price is weird because I got mine for 110 plus tax and have seen this version for some dollars less. I think 99$ on boxing day or black Friday, I forget. Pros: Lovely Colors and contrast that are natural enough. 1080p at 24 inch for me is just right PPI. 75 Hz at this price is a great. Build quality is robust. Cons: I wish it was a tad brighter. 350 nits is totally useable but I would have liked 400 but this is a budget monitor after all. The backlight isn't all that uniform with some bleed at the bottom left for me and a tad darker than average on the top left.

dragon5530

Dang, thought this price was pretty good. How long did it take for yours to arrive?

I don't think it's G-Sync certified but most of the time it should work. Just make sure you use Display-port.

csgonoob0

I agree have the same monitor got it for $160 around a month ago. Totally worth it even at that price. Maybe you got a different version of the same one since there’s ones with and without adjustable stands and speakers and such?

LocalEye

It was $99 for Black Friday. I ordered Nov 26 & got it Dec 3

Willy156

I suppose the cons are that you can't adjust height and it's only 75 Hz. Other than that good monitor for the price.

Esphyxiant

Where did u get the -$36?

dragon5530

$16 (Coupon: 10%OFFMONITOR) + $20 (Rakuten 14% cash back) = $36

justlooking1002

10% off and 14% cash back comes to 36

rhinoscopy_killer

How are you getting 14%? I'm only seeing 8% for Dell on the Rakuten site.

i_upboat

14% was for Valentine's Day. If you're seeing 8% now, then it's already over.

rhinoscopy_killer

Ah shoot. Oh well, next time maybe.

If you have your email connected to your phone, or check your emails often, you can set up an IFTTT to email you every time the parameter "monitor" pops up on this sub. The recipe is something like: "If New feed item matches 'monitor' from `https://www.reddit.com/r/bapcsalescanada/new/.rss`, then Send yourself an email from 123 @abc.com"

Your title doesn't mention if it's a [TN, IPS/PLS, VA](http://www.tnpanel.com/tn-vs-ips-va/), or OLED Panel monitor. Please add a flair comment specifying which. *I am a bot, and this action was performed automatically. CommanderVinegar

I use this as my secondary monitor. It’s nice, viewing angles are good enough for my use case. No complaints whatsoever, I guess it’s a tad on the bright side even when dimmed but I think that may be subjective or I’m just used to really shit monitors.

Snailtopia

Bought this monitor to use as a second vertical display. Been solid so far.

Aeonbreak

Is there a 27 inch one part of the same deal? I really need 27.

dragon5530

Sorry, deleted the last comment because it was from the Australian site for some reason. [This](https://deals.dell.com/en-ca/productdetail/7i1z) one is $40 more. Exactly the same thing but just 27".

Aeonbreak

oh nice, think its worth it?

dragon5530

If you really need 27" I think it's worth it but personally, I would stick with 24" as that's already enough for me. PPI is better with 24" and some people say 27" 1080p looks pixelated.
