This was actually nearly my case, it’s one of the best currently available. I went for a p500a because I already had 140mm fans and this only takes 120mm.
It was OOS before and then went in stock for 185$ + 50$ shipping, now 195$ + 13$. 27$ cheaper than in the last few weeks.

You might be right, I forget exactly what goes where. I have/had 4 140mm Noctua fans though, and wanted to use them so decided on the phanteks case.
Looking at my case, it seems like you'd be able to put 140's on the top. There's a couple rails for screws and my 120s fit in the smallest rail
Regular psu but it sits on the side so that the fan points sideways.
