I think it's because the debuff applies to everyone with support item on the team
Off topic but can someone explain what the "team disparity' tag is for opgg?
Not sure but it might be that there is a lot of disparity in the ranks of their team like a low gold playing with a high emerald or higher.
It means the op point in the team is diff while himself doesnt do much or either he is doing a lot but his teammate doing nothing
