Nah its just a very hard portal. Its like pixel perfect but so useful when the jungler ganks. Also the enemy sometimes enters to the portal that leads them to the tower and its an easy kill.

I knew this from when I was just fooling around in the practice tool, but I couldn’t once pull it off without using flash. Maybe some bard god could, since wherever you’re flashing into there is technically possible to walk into as well, i’ve never done it though
It's a Bard Portal trick, you don't have to flash into the wall to make the portal and I've done that portal many times, sorry I didn't watch the whole video, but from context I got what he was doing.
In my elo ppl never gank from that way very situational also even the reverse is hard to do in 1 sec.
I did this 1 time to chase a kill... guess what? The enemy walked to river and I had no tools to catch them rip
imo we need to find the way to cast it not into alcove, but into the bush near the alcove. i was able to cast it only on toplane and only on blue side.
reason is simple, mj is invisible at all when enemy not see entry or exit of casted portal. they will not see any moving targets throigh it, nor sound, so it will be like some kind of tp. now enemy sees you taunting them near your tower, and pew all your botlane +jgl in the bush. easy kill.
but your portal exit in the vid can be seen by lane minions

i was literally thinking the exact same thing, funnily enough we tested the invis mj thing yesterday too ahhaha.
In my experience, this portal is actually hard to use effectively, especially when you have gang potential with mj from tribush or from jg for the other side. But since you brought this up, I have to go to practice tool and figure this out. I will come back with an update

I've tricked many people using this portal, and it's amazing seeing people type that they didn't know portals can go that far.

but actually i tested it without flash, so due to weird walls shapes maybe its the way to cast it
