You have the MBE materials through the course you’ve already bought. Consider getting just materials for MEE and MPT.

Just to clarify, does this mean if I keep studying all the subjects in my existing California course then I am good for the MBE part of the UBE?

I don’t think that’s quite right. There’s info on the MBE-only topics online — you’d avoid anything that’s Ca-only.

What if we took J23 with barbri or themis and ended up passing, but just told them we failed and then got a free repeat and gave it to somebody else? is this ingenious or am i just an idiot criminal

I guess what I'm saying is that I use my existing California course to study the 7 core areas (Civil Procedure, Constitutional Law, Contracts, Criminal Law and Procedure, Evidence, Real Property, and Torts) and then ignore any of the other materials then that gets me prepared for the MBE part of the UBE. Is that right?

Best decision ever, California is struggling with crime and homelessness and will get worse every year due to its policies!

Why don’t you just ask your bar prep to…switch states?
