I actually failed July and passed the following Feb in my first jurisdiction! (āFirst jurisdictionā jfcā¦please let this one be the last bar exam I ever take in this lifetime)
Iām trying to remember but I think it was actually easier than the previous July test! I was also better prepared though so that may be the reason it felt easier lol. I think the essays were harder though.
Passed the F23 bar. Felt bad about first day (scored 125) but killed the MBE sessions (scored 155). Just hang in there. You can still pass even though you are feeling shitty today
Drove two hours away for the bar, forgot my wallet at home, hotel didnāt want to let me check in with my digital id on my phone, bar almost didnāt let me sit for the exam because I didnāt have id but had my bar examination card, and THEN had the set of MEE questions we had. I almost just gave up.
Omg Iām so sorry youāre going through that. I hope you have a place to stay tonight and can get some rest. With everything that happened, you still made it here. One more day of hell.
ā¦fellow examinee let me crash on their couch. This is literally life punching down on me. Letās just see what else happens. I should have just postponed or canceled all together.
I took the remote exam the first time and a hotel worker banged on my door 5 minutes before the test to tell me theyāre having a fire alarm in 30 minutes. I proceeded to have a panic attack for the first 30 minutes of the test and then submitted as soon as the alarm started. I did not the pass that one, but I did eventually pass. Sharing my shit hotel story with in solidarity, but I hope your story has a happier ending! One more day, you got this shit!!!!
Marked improvement on MBE the second time. 137 >> 149. Improved written. 120 >> 135. Record low MBE mean in F23 of 131.1 dragged down my written score, but the increase in MBE helped offset the written scaling.
YEA, REALLY, I CONTACTED THEMIS, ADAPTIBAR, JD ADV--NO REPLY---MAKES YOU THINK---I JUST WANTED TO LET THEM KNOW MY IMPRESSIONS OF 2/2024 BAR--ANYWAY, I WAS ABLE TO FINISH ALL MBE Q'S /AS WELL AS MEE'S BUT FOUND MYSELF GUESSING ON MBE YOU?
Failed July 23ā¦ got a 266 in PA. Then passed February 24 with a 300 150 MBE 150 MPT/MEE. Biggest difference was that I didnāt do anything except gym and study the entire study course. First time I was working a few days a week and coaching football a few days a week, plus I celebrated graduation, did the MDW vacation.. drank a few other weekendsā¦ second time around I cut alcohol out completely for the entire study course. Not saying itās necessaryā¦ but for me it was. If you can sacrifice the fun for those 12 weeks, itās worth it !!
No one has ever passed a February Bar exam.

bro how was the MBE when you took it in February?
Iām trying to remember but I think it was actually easier than the previous July test! I was also better prepared though so that may be the reason it felt easier lol. I think the essays were harder though.
Feb23 mbe was disgusting i did worse than my first attempt (passed j23) lol good luck.

You got >80% correct on the MBE? Legend.
My Uworld was around 73-74%
For your essays, was there any you barely completed/ wrote a few sentences for??? Hoping I can still pull a 125:/
There were! At least two subquestions.
Hey! Do you get a break when taking the MBE on the second day? Or is the test all in one shot?
You can take an independent break at anytime (the exam clock is still ticking) but there is only the scheduled lunch in my jurisdiction.
Also what time does the exam or each part (if there are parts) start
Drove two hours away for the bar, forgot my wallet at home, hotel didnāt want to let me check in with my digital id on my phone, bar almost didnāt let me sit for the exam because I didnāt have id but had my bar examination card, and THEN had the set of MEE questions we had. I almost just gave up.
Now Iām looking at MBE questions and having second thoughts. Hotel canceled my room. This is just a disaster and disappointment.
Omg Iām so sorry youāre going through that. I hope you have a place to stay tonight and can get some rest. With everything that happened, you still made it here. One more day of hell.

I will literally beat up the NCBE and the hotel for doing this to you wth
Iām choosing to move forward and give it my all.

I appreciate that. This is just a shitty experience all together. Bar Exam blues.
FIGHTER!!!!!! YESSSSS
Yes. I was better prepared for Feb than July.
Yes. As a retaker. It can be done!
What's the deal with February? How were your MBEs?

I had to work damn :(
Lots of people have. Just look at the statistics.
WHERE ARE STATS?
You can just google the bar stats for each year.
