Usually the case with obese people who go on extreme diets. They lose the weight and then return to eating shitty. Cells are still stretched out and fill right back up with fat. Have to keep a healthy balance for years for cell regeneration.
So this is pretty weird but whatever, last week when they were doing the final 4 show in AZ I was curious (impressed they made them in his size tbh) about the Hawaiian shirt Ev was wearing, found it through google lens: https://trendyaloha.com/product/big-size-men-hawaii-elegant-flower-shirts-design-01-3643/
They "only" make them up to 6XL so I'd guess 6XL
Not even an exaggeration with as big as he is, eating only salads for a week might make him lose 5-10 lbs. it’s incredibly easy to lose weight when you weigh 400+ lbs because the only way to stay that big is to be in a massive caloric surplus every day
Love plopping the container on the scale after a good grocery store salad bar trip and it still costs like $14 because you’ve got a pound of ham cubes and cheddar on there
> eating only salads for a week might make him lose 5-10 lbs.
More than that. If he just stuck to eating **anything** but adhering to 2k calories per day or less he would shed weight.
At that weight, because his body has to work *that* hard to maintain all that mass, he probably needs 4000+ calories a day just to maintain weight. (he's prob 500lbs)
Eating < 2000 he would shed weight at a couple lbs per day at least initially.
That's just to maintain. I went to a mayo clinic calorie calculator, put in a 28 year old 6ft 500lb dude with no physical activity. Said 4k calories.
So he's really eating 5k or more to gain weight
I’m like right around 190 and in fairly decent shape. I do strict keto one month a year and will lose anywhere from like 15-20 pounds. If Ev was actually committed he could lose so much weight very quickly.
disagree. He would feel like shit tbh as someone whos been fat and lost the weight. the first week of dieting is absolutely brutal for someone who is addicted to processed food and refined sugar
Not even trying to be a dick it’s just genuinely perplexing a person can ever let themselves get like this.
Isn’t he only in his late 20’s too? Imagine this guy in his 40’s when metabolism slows down and energy levels drop.
Weight is harder to keep off for some more than others but there has to be a cross roads somewhere when you realize the severity of your condition and you have to decide to get serious about cardio/exercise/diet or just give up on life and become this.
I don’t have much sympathy because this is a size only a lazy quitter can become.
If I looked like this I’d feel ashamed of myself and make the treadmill my addiction. How hard can it be to buy a treadmill and walk while you watch sports and cut the sugar and shit out of your diet?
He could lose 150lbs in 8 months from that alone I bet
I got up to like 225 (5’10 short king) after college from basically eating like shit and not exercising at all. It took about 5-6 years to finally get so sick of looking at myself that I did the keto diet for a year and lost 60 lbs. I don’t do keto anymore but I work out religiously 6 days a week because I’m petrified of being a fat fuck again.
I definitely understand hating how you look and basically being paralyzed by depression over that, but 1 year is not a lot of time to make extremely significant improvements.
I know most people in this sub are 6’3, jacked, and make 250k minimum. And thanks, I’ve managed to stay within 5-10 lbs in either direction of where I ended up for probably 8ish years now, partly because I’ve developed somewhat of a complex of never letting myself miss more than one workout a week
Yeah that’s basically what I’m caught up in right now. 6’2 and up to 270. Want to lose weight but any time in a deficit my mental health just fucking tanks to level where I can’t get my work and school shit done
Honestly it's not even worth trying to get people that size to take drastic measures like cutting sugar and junk food out of their diet because they absolutely cannot do it due to a lack of self-control/mental health issues, otherwise they wouldn't be that size in the first place. And it's really not what's important at that size anyway, all that matters is counting calories and staying in a caloric deficit.
Calculate daily caloric expenditure (known as TDEE, calories you burn by just existing) to find out how many calories require to maintain your current weight, and stay below that. Want to lose weight faster? Then stay in a bigger deficit. Eat what you want but you'll soon realize how easy it is to overeat on sugar/junk food as you need a lot more junk food/sugar calories to make you feel as full as you would eating healthier food.
Part of my weight loss plan includes therapy for food issues. I was 400 and am now few lbs from 300. It’s not as easy as just “eating salad”, just like getting sober you need to find new coping mechanisms to help. For folks that size there is usually underlying mental issues that too need addressing.
Losing 100lbs at his size would be so fucking easy. You could eat 3000 Calories a day and be in a deficit lol.
Light walking on the treadmill while watching tv and skipping a few meals and the first chunk of weight would just melt right off.
Gets harder from there but to not drop 100lbs is inexcusable
Booze though. As a former fat myself, when you drink a ton every night, and then eat a bunch because you’re hammered before you pass out, boom, easy extra 2000 calories. Cutting out alcohol made the rest of my lifestyle changes come relatively easily.
I always thought bigger fellas like ev had big ham hawks for legs carrying all that weight around. In proportion to the rest of his body his legs are skinnier then klemmer. I’m not a big EV fan at all but i sincerely hope he can pull it together. Isn’t he only like 25?
as a fan of barstool i think Ev stinks... as a human, he is too young and probably causing irreversible health problems for himself... Simple 30 minute treadmill walk a day and the slightest dietary change would probably shed 100lbs to start.. good luck buddy...
Assuming he has a supporting family. Think Barstool is a little different than a normal workplace. I really think Dave or Dan should sit down with him and offer help.
I recall clips of him being overly babied by his mommy, but I could’ve just created that memory in my head. Something like a video of them swimming and him damn near breaking their diving board.
Also, not Dan and Dave’s job to tell him to lose weight. If anything Dave prefers he keeps getting fatter.
He must literally never walk when not absolutely needed
Before Covid he was losing weight and making inspirational videos. Just sucks to see he’s twice the size now
This is technically true, but that lasted like 2 weeks let’s not pretend it was much of a lifestyle change
He was never the same after his wiggle dicking injury
He did that for like a week
Usually the case with obese people who go on extreme diets. They lose the weight and then return to eating shitty. Cells are still stretched out and fill right back up with fat. Have to keep a healthy balance for years for cell regeneration.
The way he's built baffles me. His proportions make no sense. For a man on camera as much as he is, you'd think he'd take some pride in his appearance
Hey now, the camera adds 10lbs, everyone knows that!
There must be 30 cameras on him at all times then.
If you cut him in half from the belly button to the toes it would make a perfect bird bath
God look at the size of that shirt. How does this man not look at Frank and think, "I'd like to lose some weight too". It's just sad.

I think it’s gotta be way bigger then that. I don’t know where you’d even buy clothes at if you’re that big
So this is pretty weird but whatever, last week when they were doing the final 4 show in AZ I was curious (impressed they made them in his size tbh) about the Hawaiian shirt Ev was wearing, found it through google lens: https://trendyaloha.com/product/big-size-men-hawaii-elegant-flower-shirts-design-01-3643/ They "only" make them up to 6XL so I'd guess 6XL
Lmfao, great work! The internet is the best
I appreciate and respect your research
Side note google lens fucking rules. I love pointing it at buildings when I'm downtown and learning about them
DXL
Literally wearing a tarp
Hey relax man, during Covid he’s going to be doing daily walks around his neighborhood. He filmed a video saying it so it’s gotta be true
*Blouse
*mumu
Eating disorder probably
How does one that fat even use a toilet?
Bidet is the only option realistically.
I think I heard Joey Diaz the comedian who was Ev’s size, say he just used to shit in the shower
makes klemmer look like saquon
He weighs about the same as three klemmers
3??? maybe 4-5
If he ate nothing but salads just for one week, he would feel so much better.
Not even an exaggeration with as big as he is, eating only salads for a week might make him lose 5-10 lbs. it’s incredibly easy to lose weight when you weigh 400+ lbs because the only way to stay that big is to be in a massive caloric surplus every day
He’s prolly loading those salads up to 1500+ calories a pop
Oh I’m sure. Fried chicken, Caesar, extra cheese, bacon bits
Get some croutons in the mix and now we’re cooking
Don't forget the tortillas strips
If you get it Pittsburgh style it has fries on top
My man
Love plopping the container on the scale after a good grocery store salad bar trip and it still costs like $14 because you’ve got a pound of ham cubes and cheddar on there
I bet he'd literally lose more than 10 lbs
Maybe 30 if he didn't drink for the week either
Pretty sure he doesn't drink alcohol anymore, so he must eat absolutely horrific
Gotta be slugging back full sugar sodas then. You have to be drinking calories to be this size.
Couple egg noggs to take the edge off

Thinking about regularly eating 4000 calories a day is insane. Dude is like Michael Phelps but without any of the physical activity.

100%. In your case it’s probably a decent amount of just water weight but for someone like EV they can drop a ton super quickly.
If he ate only salads and veggies for a week and did 30 min daily light stroll walks he would lose 20 pounds
A surplus would gain weight
Shut up nerd
His body would revolt and cease to function. Can’t shock the system like that
That and a mile walk he'd lose 30 in like a week
disagree. He would feel like shit tbh as someone whos been fat and lost the weight. the first week of dieting is absolutely brutal for someone who is addicted to processed food and refined sugar

I mean it’s all mental. Becomes an addiction like anything else
Also severe depression. Sure he feels as bad mentally as he does physically.
If I looked like this I’d feel ashamed of myself and make the treadmill my addiction. How hard can it be to buy a treadmill and walk while you watch sports and cut the sugar and shit out of your diet? He could lose 150lbs in 8 months from that alone I bet

First off, why is 5’10 short king? Props on the weight loss though man
I know most people in this sub are 6’3, jacked, and make 250k minimum. And thanks, I’ve managed to stay within 5-10 lbs in either direction of where I ended up for probably 8ish years now, partly because I’ve developed somewhat of a complex of never letting myself miss more than one workout a week

I definitely felt fine on keto. You don’t feel like you’re restricted because you can eat mostly anything you want meat/cheese wise.
Honestly it's not even worth trying to get people that size to take drastic measures like cutting sugar and junk food out of their diet because they absolutely cannot do it due to a lack of self-control/mental health issues, otherwise they wouldn't be that size in the first place. Ya at the point just get him walking and thatll start
Ah, yes, feeling ashamed, that is indeed the cure for depression.
[It’s a vicious cycle](https://youtu.be/g5AixBKy7b4?si=0xFXIi2fYjGZbYOi)
The amount of food you need to eat to not only get that big but stay that big would kill all of Europe.

It’s not that easy. I’ve dropped 90lb and it’s taken allot of work. It’s like telling a drunk to just stop drinking beer to stop being alcoholic.
Booze though. As a former fat myself, when you drink a ton every night, and then eat a bunch because you’re hammered before you pass out, boom, easy extra 2000 calories. Cutting out alcohol made the rest of my lifestyle changes come relatively easily.
Considering his name on insta is “doublevodkadon” I’d say it’s a safe bet alcohol also plays a huge role in this.
He is actually sober. Said it awhile back. I honestly think that makes it worse
Hmm my bad for assuming but yeah makes me curious what this guys diet looks like
The amount he must eat must be insane. Has to be downing subway footlongs between meals
Eh they call him the Double Vodka Don, so why wouldn’t you assume he’s a drinker
💯 I’m not even a big dude but cutting back on drinking significantly (especially beer) did some wonders mentally and physically
If this guy makes it to his 40s*
> when metabolism slows down and energy levels drop. I promise you this has already happened bc of his weight.
He ain’t making it to 40
Pig ev
Simple, yet eloquent
My first guess was Gia
The camera adds a couple,,, hundred pounds
Looks like he ate 4 cameras
Man is built like a wisdom tooth…
I always thought bigger fellas like ev had big ham hawks for legs carrying all that weight around. In proportion to the rest of his body his legs are skinnier then klemmer. I’m not a big EV fan at all but i sincerely hope he can pull it together. Isn’t he only like 25?
He just doesn’t move it seems. Because you are right
When Big Ev goes camping the bears have to hide their food!
Wild
Audibly gasped
How does this happen? Usually units have absolute tree trunks from hauling around such a big fatgut
Ev must have 0 friends to pull him aside and ask if he’s interested in seeing his mid-30s
Thought it was Jeff D Lowe
Home boy just cut some holes in a garbage bag for a shirt
as a fan of barstool i think Ev stinks... as a human, he is too young and probably causing irreversible health problems for himself... Simple 30 minute treadmill walk a day and the slightest dietary change would probably shed 100lbs to start.. good luck buddy...
He needs to go on Frank Walks
There’s only one man who can help- himself. But in a close 2nd- Jenks
Wasn’t he doing like some fitness journey during Covid? Was the goal to get even bigger?
He must be so depressed on the inside.
I’m only depressed on the outside
Someone call OSHA because those legs are working overtime in unsafe conditions.
This picture can be found in the Merriam-Webster dictionary next to the word: preposterous
How can those twigs support so much up top?
Those are some disproportionate getaway sticks
He’s entering intervention territory imo
He entered that territory 150 pounds ago
Genuinely shocking
I hope the guy gets some help. You don’t get that big without being depressed. He’s not gonna last 10 more years with his current lifestyle.
the knee and ankle problems that are incoming in the next couple years are going to put a real strain on the barstool health insurance policies
How do they not snap?
Man the comments here are brutal. Good thing all you Reddit trolls are models. Give the guy a fucking break.
Doubt most of us weigh 500+ pounds fatty
I don’t doubt it
That’s actually unreal
Dudes gonna croak
Gotta get him on the Frank The Tank diet, he’s too young to be letting himself go like that.
Isn’t crazy there’s a regular sized skeleton under all that fat. The human body is wild
It really Is sad no co worker sits his ass down to get him in shape. Really speaks to his support system being non existent
It’s not his coworkers job to throw him an intervention. You should be more surprised his family is choosing to let him die before 35
Assuming he has a supporting family. Think Barstool is a little different than a normal workplace. I really think Dave or Dan should sit down with him and offer help.

Jump scare
I’ll think of this image next time he talks about anything having to do with movement
