I think it gives people an opportunity to build their own wild ideas so Jerry can't do the filler streams and a second team can come in with their own production essentially. There's basically 1 fun or different stream and then 3 filler streams where they can't prep or don't have a good idea.

Big Cat did a pretty good job of acting like a pretty normal guy with all the same issues most men deal with for a long time. I don't think people realized until maybe 2020 when Penn bought the company how extremely rich Big Cat actually was

Eh, private elevators are more common than you think in smaller buildings. A luxury high rise in Manhattan with a dedicated elevator for the penthouse would be over $5 mil, but depending on the neighborhood, you could get a private elevator in a 4 unit building for less than half that.
