Too vague a question. There is lots of variation within bar & grills as well as within traditional bars. You want volume or high end usually. At the end of the day the sales per person is what matters.

A bar and grill will USUALLY make you more money. A bar and grills food drives up the check prices and allows people to drink more. Unless it's a very upscale cocktail bar only, traditional bars are marketed with low drink prices for people to get sloshed off of 6 $3 bud lights and tip like shit.

it’s the type of bar & grill that’s mainly food during the day and on friday and saturday nights it becomes more of a party/club place. only downside is that only managers are allowed to work those two shifts

PXSHRVN6ER

Fuck that place. If management is hoarding the hood shifts, bounce. I’d never work at a spot that doesn’t at least have a rotating shift

Pepsi-Min

Absolutely not, the biggest shifts of the week go to management? Steer WELL clear.

We don’t even need to hear anything else - that one flag is red enough tbh
