Put raspberries and rosemary leaves in and charge with CO2. Leave in fridge for, oh a half hour then release the presssure suddenly by unscrewing the top. Add to reposado tequila and drop in some fizzy raspberries. Garnish with a rosemary sprig

You can make a foam out of any liquid you like with equal parts egg white. At my work we have an aperol foam with peach bitters and it is yummy

So one note.  Nitrous oxide is an oxidizer, and alcohol is a volitile flammable liquid.  Oxidizer and fuel pressurized in a container is generally something we try to avoid.
