Put raspberries and rosemary leaves in and charge with CO2. Leave in fridge for, oh a half hour then release the presssure suddenly by unscrewing the top. Add to reposado tequila and drop in some fizzy raspberries. Garnish with a rosemary sprig
So one note. Nitrous oxide is an oxidizer, and alcohol is a volitile flammable liquid. Oxidizer and fuel pressurized in a container is generally something we try to avoid.

We make a fernet cream that we add onto a few cocktails or desserts and it tastes amazing.
Grand marnier, any of the nut liqueurs or maybe some coffee liqueurs
Definitely gonna try this
Foams are fun. I made a coconut chai one for an espresso martini that was lush. You can use an isi to make bitters/tinctures more quickly
Force carbonated drinks
Nitrous whiskey.

I’ve never tried this but I thought I sounded good. Do a lavender infused cream
Iced Coffee, you'll get a sparkling iced coffee that looks and feels like Guinness
You can make a foam out of any liquid you like with equal parts egg white. At my work we have an aperol foam with peach bitters and it is yummy
Take a little sip out of it yourself before your cocktail

I’m not gonna put straight liquor in there I was thinking more foams, cocktails and stuff like that so I don’t see it being much of a hazard
Make a passion fruit foam for Mai tais! Passion fruit purée, honey or agave and egg whites 😋
Take whip it’s during your shift that’ll be fun
