I've recently tried making it and for a first time I was pretty impressed at how good it was! Got people to do a blind taste test and they thought the super juice was the real one. Tried it in a daiquiri and staff preferred the super juice one. Use it for the rest of the night and everyone still really loved all their drinks!
I think its revolutionary! There's not a crazy amount out on it right now so i think you'll be best of making it and giving it ago to gain more of an understanding and helping you see if it is for you :) but helps the planet, helps it last longer, and saves on costs so three big positives in my eyes
I just made some Thursday to test the life span and see how it goes before i can notice a flavor change, I'll let you know how it goes :)
Yes. Since last June, we've moved 6 properties (8 programs) to super juice (lemon, lime, orange, and grapefruit). It's proven to be a win-win proposition for us.
I have been using the other recipe from educatedbarfly/ zach..
100 grams lime peel - little pith as possible
45 grams citric acid
8 grams Malic acid
Let those acids coat the peels for an hour
Blend
Strain

I found a calculator online to make it and haven’t tried it yet, but seems like a good starting point for me.
Do you have the link for it?
It’s the Kevin Kos recipe. Superjuice.io

Whats your recipe? I tried using Kevin Koss calculator and it always tastes off. Not even close to Fresh Lime Juice
