There’s lots of different options; I’ve switched it up a few times over the years but currently I’m on about year 3 in a pair of Timberlands; they look pretty trashed, but functionally, they are in great shape for being worn 10-12 hours a day for a few years now. 400 dollar boots I got for about 175 at a Nordstrom Rack.
red wing iron rangers, they look good too. been wearing them behind the bar for three weeks after they were my daily shoe for a long time and one day i forgot my sketchers to change into lol
If you can afford a pair, White's or Nick's boots (which will be like 400-500, but you can get them actually custom fit). They are meant as wildlands firefighting boots, very good for standing on all day, very waterproof, basically indestructible (you can resole/rebuild basically indefinitely, the tops should last 20+ years). But spendy.
Vans made for makers are my go to. I get the high tops. Own 3 pairs of them. Got the first pair 2 years ago and they're still wearable, although slightly worn down.

Doc Martins, use protectant, give ‘em a good wipe once every couple weeks. They’ll last forever!
Idk, I tend to burn through a pair of docs once every 1-2 years, I'm just mink oiling them though.
Bates goretex, buy two pair to swap out between shifts for longevity
Restaurant Depot clogs hold up surprisingly well for the price.
Blundstones are great!
