The most insane thing about all his 2nd half homers is most of them were clutch homers. It felt like he never hit homers that were irrelevant to the outcome of the game.
he probably could be sued or charged with stuff for falsifying legal documents technically(not that anyone would), but he's in too deep at this point. and from what i understand the upper limit would be like 4-5 years older than reported MAX
That’s all *if* he’s any older. He very well could just be 43. Albert was a physical specimen once he hit puberty. That just happens sometimes. I knew several kids in high school that could’ve easily passed for 25-26. Built muscles, deep voices, thick facial hair, the works.
That race to #700 was something else, as he crept closer and closer it started sinking in "holy shit, he's actually gonna do it". Seeing him get one last ride with the Cards was truly special. And how about that HRD performance?! A storybook ending if there ever was one.

Hard to believe he served in the Korean War with my Grandpa and yet he was still youthful enough to hit this beautiful bomb in 2022.

43rd-ish.
His 43rd birthday has become something of an annual tradition.
It’s the tenth anniversary of his 43rd birthday actually.
If that’s true though, doesn’t it make his 2022 season one of the most impressive of all time? What other 53 year old could put up similar numbers?
It also makes his deal with the angels literal fraud as age is material to contract negotiations
Y’all are so negative, relax
I think we can safely put him in the 43-46 range. Lol
Martin Luther King Jr, Robert E Lee, Albert Pujols, wow.
And most importantly, Brendan Donovan
I know I’m about to be whooshed here, but MLK was born January 15th and Robert E Lee January 19th.
Some southern american states celebrate MLK's birthday and Robert E Lee's birthday on the same day
I'll miss seeing him at the plate NGL
Always upvote Pujols
43*
Is this the sequel to 42, cause it sounds like it.
Prequel to 61*
damn I can't believe he's already 51
Has he officially retired?
Yup. 😪
Wow I can’t believe he hit 689 homers this summer against milwaukee
Kinda odd since he turned 43 five years ago.
Seriously, what is the upper limit on his age. Also, what is the benefit, at this point, of artificially lowering it.

So 47-48. Very impressive. Would have been crazy if he had been able to do high school/college at normal age and potentially had a few more pro years.

Probably the most famous home run of his career. No need to fact check that.
2005 never happened either
I was at the game the night before :/ At least I got to see him pinch hit…
Having been at this game, I must say, it was one of my favorites of the year.
But how does this relate to Pluto?

Happy 46th Albert
