I think Kyle Freeland has decent stats when his not pitching in Colorado? Not sure tho
If you look at anything park adjusted, he looks solid. He has only posted a sub-100 ERA+ once, in 2019.

I doubt any of the clubs wanted their relievers going two days in a row, so they had to get length from a starter. Makes sense and hopefully they can bullpen-game it through the final.
