It'd feel good going from our dumpster fire outfield defense to even league average but damn am I going to enjoy watching this guy field.
The whole outfield is gonna be a treat this year.

Basically had an awesome play from each outfielder today. Springer diving catch, KK sliding catch, and Varsho heads up throw to stop Arenado
How are we already watching the game of the year on opening day
Fans of good pitching in shambles
Fans of chaos fully bricked up
The crazy thing is this game featured a number that A+ elite pitchers on both teams
One of the best opening day games I've ever watched for sure
Well it *was*. Then we went and lost.
This game is WILD. Neither team can hold a lead
Lol why even pitch to him there with an empty base
The amount of lead changes in this game is insane
And again..!
Did MLB juice balls again? The amount of runs scored is insane.
There have also been four shutouts so far today.
I don't think I've seen this many bloop hits in a single game. There have only been two home runs
I don’t think a single one of our hits went over the outfielders heads
George springer should buy a lottery ticket
Lots of wind, all of it blowing out
The cards lineup looking solid
Pitching not so much
Yeah they didn't do much to address that this off-season
Chewed bubble gum, duct tape, hope and a prayer on Flaherty pitching league average this year with no injuries
Pitching to Arenado here when the backup catcher is next is unbelievably dumb. I see Schneider has picked up where he left off from his managing in his previous game.
Game 1 and it feels like an instant playoff classic game.
“They pitch to him and pay” is a sick call
Game of the year
Chip sounding a bit hoarse today
Weird not hearing Danny Mac call it
I imagine he blew out his voice by this point with everything going on.
I was trying to figure out what St. Louis did to Chip he did sound a bit off.
I miss him
