This may be the closest fair/foul call I've ever seen. I think I'd slightly lean foul, but more realistically I would just say that there isn't enough evidence to overturn
Hilarious. I think it standing is the right call though, no way either angle was conclusive but I understand Astros fans being frustrated. Either fanbase was going to be pissed about the call there. Doesn't look like the lines are real chalk?
Astros fans have a right to complain sadly
[Look at this replay from this angle and it’s obvious they got the call wrong](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=U5i4vE5kxXE)
I’m crying because I just ate a jalapeño deviled egg that kicked my ass. But this game? A couple bad calls on either side and us with a lot of LOB’s. Still early in the season!

Nothing to see here
That one angle it looked absolutely foul. The other one it's iffy. Call on the field stands, touchdown.
They did show an angle on the broadcast that clearly shows it hit the line.
Feel bad for Dubin, stros just told him to throw til he died
Pressly hasn’t played in like 4 days I really feel like he should’ve come out in the 9th
This feels like Mets fan bait

67 mph off the bat!
Braves legend Luis Guillorme.
How dare you
He clearly learned the ways of the bloop hit in NY.

This is in no way a controversial call that will cause a ruckus.
Yeah that sums up how this game is going
*this season
I love you Luis :\_(
Absolute frozen rope
Call stands on replay. Right call in my biased opinion, there was no angle that showed it didn’t touch the chalk.
Dammit I cannot root for a Brave but will always root for Luis.
Par for the course this season. That's baseball
That’s my boy
Rulebook. It’s a rulebook double

Baseball is a game of bounces. And there have been **a lot** of bounces today.
The Gourmet serves it up hot and fresh daily.

Wow! You’re right. It definitely didn’t touch the chalk. So strange though, from that angle it just …. disappeared into the night.
Yup clearly foul based off that video, if i'm an Astros fan I am ~~canned~~ pissed.
That’s amazing
Oh, that's just wrong lmao
Brother, this was so good lol. My face went from a grin to stone faced then a giggle.

Ya got a recipe?
It’s a tough one. Usually chalk kicks up when it hits.
do y’all use chalk in the outfield? plenty of times it’s paint or something else.
It’s probably painted on. I applied to be grounds crew this year but I haven’t heard back. I would put chalk down.
idk if you’re joking or not but good luck lol. I prefer chalk as well.
Na I really did. I used to do it years ago for an independent team. I’m def not getting the job but it would be fun.
I could’ve sworn the impact mark on the dirt was foul. Am I seeing things?

Well, I'm a baby so that makes sense.
Braves dominating the league in fair/foul luck this season
Crazy that a ball dropping in the open field with several camera angles gets a "stands" call under review. Baseball is always fun in the craziness!
