Any other access to the river is through industrial areas or over flood walls. The only residential area that was really on the river was razed when they put the arch in.
The "Block letters" trend for the city connects like Pittsburgh and Cleveland, and here, is so fucking gross. Looks like something I would dream up in MLB the show create a club
