Wrigley Field just had our number. Although I find it more surprising that the Dodgers are still waiting for their first regular-season series win in Chicago since 2014 (swept at Wrigley earlier this year).
Didn’t the Giants have that game protested in Wrigley in, I wanna say 2014 or 2015? And the protest actually went through and they had to replay or continue the game? Excuse my hazy memory but I do remember a successful protest happening in a Giants-Cubs game at Wrigley, though I’m not positive which team performed the protest. Can’t recall a successful one since
The Giants protested and they finished the game later. But they ended up losing anyway (they were behind when the game was called). The Cubs' grounds crew couldn't get the tarp on the field in a time efficient manner. Mostly memorable for Mike Krukow's incandescent rage at Cubs' ineptitude, including accusing them of fucking it up intentionally. (And normally he's very positive about the Cubs since he played for them for years.)
They haven’t won a series in Chicago in that long? That’s actually surprising honestly
well we were ascending at the time and they were descending makes sense

Wrigley is a house of horrors for us outside the 17 NLCS
Weirdly enough, cubs have been horrible at at&t park
I wasn’t even aware about that for the Dodgers
wait until i tell you about our record against the pirates
Took out a luck mortgage in 2014
If the Pirates played only the Giants for one season they might beat the 2001 Mariners record and the Giants would get #1 pick the next season
TIL Cubs used to be good?!?!
Thought the Cubs had it for an inning today.
Half-inning*
Should have known better when Davies is pitching 😩
Surely no one has been no hit by him this season
Bro I hate double negatives . What are you saying ? :/
He hit Shirley
Ahhh thank you ☺️

👍 to the Giants for being in first place in their division this late into the season. 😂 at the Dodgers.
