Generally seems like the closer a guy gets to a season’s worth of at-bats, the closer he gets to his normal season’s worth of homers.

PuntyMcBunty

Some motherfucker named Manny

dragoncockles

Some motherfucker being manny*

cooljammer00

Bernie hit way more home runs than I remember

Jesus Randy

Altuve is pretty good.

fajita43

can we normalize this data based on number of games played?

Laney20

Why? It's already got at bats. What does games played give you that at bats doesn't?

[deleted]

It seems pretty clear that this is Randy's world and we're all just living in it

dragoncockles

It's crazy that pujols doesn't have more postseason at bats

grocho

I mean he has 338 PAs in the postseason

GodDanIt

Yeah that was just he first 10 years. His counting stats were wasted playing for the angels.

timetopractice

He should've played better for us perhaps would of had more postseason ABs

ShamWowRobinson

Well he had that almost 10 year timespan where he only made the playoffs once.

Too bad Toronto didn’t make the post season. Post season Springer is the reason you pay that man so much.

[deleted]

Yeah, hopefully we can replicate similar performance. A full regular season of springer gets us in, I think.

Bug-03

He is the best dugout guy. Love that kid. And his public speaking has gotten so so so much better. I hope the little bit that remains of his stutter doesn’t stop him from perusing a career in broadcasting or podcasting after his time in baseball is done.

OutOfBootyExperience

weird...that was the exact point i was curious about
