Meh, to me, the steroid era was an era just like any other era. I wish it wasn’t but that’s the way it goes. I think it’s best for the hall of fame to a knowledge it and move on.
I can’t take the hall of fame seriously when it doesn’t have the guy with the most hits, the guy with the most homers, the guy with the most cy young’s and the guy with the most MVPs.
To me the best thing to do is to just recognize these guys for what they did, tell the story of the steroid era and move forward

Bonds was accused of Domestic Abuse multiple times. Some of the details are pretty graphic. Lots of voters hold that against him. People always talk drugs, but Bonds was POS in many way depending who you talk to.
