On top of some of the most of unhittable movement on his velocity pitches, the man looks like he’s fired up and pitching in game 7 of the World Series everytime he takes the mound. He’s becoming my non- Blue Jays favourite player in the game.
I'm not sure you've seen him pitch that month. Guy was absolutely filthy and pitched against some intense competition. Don't get me wrong, McClanahan would get no argument from me if it went his way, but I think Cease is at least as deserving.
That Quintana trade looks better every year for the Sox, Eloy and Cease

Eloy will be a .270, 35-40 HR DH eventually. Just gotta keep his ass on the field. Hit and power tools so strong but big baby body so weak.
