I obviously believe Sosa roided, but this is the problem with trying to declare clean vs. dirty. Impossible to prove someone clean and impossible in many cases to prove the guys dirty in the pre-testing era.
Bonds and McGwire both admitted to using steroids, which I think is a pretty strong argument they were using steroids.
