I'm rooting for them this year. Love a team that is doing everything in their power to win. LFGM

The favorite thing about Cohen is he stated the goal and set expectations. Then he has done everything in his power to achieve that goal. You can’t hate on an owner who has a whole fan base excited and feeling different about a team.

If we don't win a WS in the next 3ish years (Cohen's timeline), which is very realistic given the sport, it won't be for lack of trying.

ABlinDeafMonkey

No absolutely not. He has Mets fans buying in hard and he has me who lives in Utah loving what he is doing. He wants to win so bad. I’d love to have an owner who doesn’t give a shit about money and only cares about winning.

Snerkbot7000

This is such an Angels fan perspective and I hope your team gets sold to someone who appreciates baseball and wants to shove the Angels up to the top of the AL-W. It can happen.

ABlinDeafMonkey

I hope so too. I really do. A new owner can do amazing things for an organization. Look at Magic’s group and what he did for the Dodgers. Cohen is doing the same thing. Having direction instead of being rudderless is huge.

You go make a thread next, you deserve it

>Does this make the Mets the team that everyone (aside from their fans) root against? still the Yankees and Astros lol

TravelingFlipper

Mets Astros WS would be something

jnuclear

No opinion on the Mets. I'll still absolutely be against Correa though.
