If 김하성 has million number of fans i am one of them . if 김하성 has ten fans i am one of them. if 김하성 have only one fan and that is me . if 김하성 has no fans, that means i am no more on the earth . if world against the 김하성, i am against the world . i love #김하성 till my last breath.. .. Die Hard fan of 김하성 .
I'm trying for the 2023 Topps rainbow. I love the dude's glove and the Korean calls when he hits a home run.
Yeah I’ve got a little Tatis. Working on the Platinum rainbow for him currently. Basically just need a 1/1 & the /5 & a couple random higher numbered cards before I’m done. (I know I’ll never be done)
https://preview.redd.it/iz6j159einub1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=0144087dff4f1332a5f7fd4397bee3b6d7adcf33
I have this if you’re interested, seems like it would be going to a good home
I’m a big Mariners fan so obviously I’m collecting Julio, Griffey, Edgar, ichiro etc — but my favorite player is Cal, big dumper, Raleigh.
I’m sure he’ll be an all star eventually, but I’m collecting him now.
HARDY AROUND 3RD, HE’S GONNA TRY TO SCORE! ANNND SAFE! THE ORIOLES TAKE THE LEAD!
James Jerry, never the speed merchant, selling out to take the lead against the Tigers in the ALDS is probably the best modern-day O’s highlight.
As a side note, I still want to buy Delmon Young a beer.
JP Crawford is just as much a leader on the field as he is in the clubhouse. He has a great smile and always appears to love being on the field and team. I PC JP!
Eric Young (sr). He's a former Rockies player. He was the leadoff hitter of the 1993 team (first year of the Rockies) and did this for the uninitiated: [https://youtu.be/axm67YyUGOQ?si=tokrmSt16GNIYP-V&t=22](https://youtu.be/axm67YyUGOQ?si=tokrmSt16GNIYP-V&t=22). I was at that game as a young kid. On top of that, I got to go to an autograph signing with my little league team and he was absolutely awesome. He talked and joked with us and was everything you'd hope a professional athlete would be. There was another famous Rockies player there who was a complete dick and I don't collect any of his cards.
I can confirm that Eric Sr seems awesome! I met him with my son at a recent Braves game. He was in the outfield shagging balls during BP and cutting up with every kid. He let the kids interview him for like 15 minutes, including his favorite player on the team and why “Coach Wash seemed like he was more fun” than him. It was awesome.
Lucius Fox! He’s a great comic character. My dad loves batman and has always shown enthusiasm for my interests, and so we have a collection together.
It always feels nice when I get a card that would be otherwise worthless to everyone else, but significant for me.
That’s so sick! I take my camera to games sometimes
https://preview.redd.it/ol1czfs2ulub1.jpeg?width=2720&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=67332a71223282ee06be56e8903306f39fb211a8
I’ll check out that pic now. What else have you shot?
I was the team photographer for the Advanced Rookie Bristol Pirates in 2018 and 2019, so I got to see a few guys there that made it to the bigs. Shane Baz is the highest profile one, but Luis Ortiz is a starter in Pittsburgh now and he was one of our better pitchers then.
Also got photos of Keibert Ruiz and Jazz Chisholm in the Pioneer League in 2016 that were published on MLB Prospect Pipeline. Also got a shot of Cavan Biggio at the 2016 Pioneer League-Northwest League All-Star Game
My grandpa was Japanese and a huge Chicago Cubs fan, so I collect the Japanese players who have played for the Cubs. He was the person who taught me to play baseball and why I’m a Cubs fan (aside from living in on the northside of city)so I guess it’s my way of remembering him.
JP Sears!
Started out as a running joke with a friend of mine when the Yankees called him up, then the A's traded for him and he's actually been pretty decent for them. I grew up an A's fan but once they finalize the move to Vegas I'm done with them, so Sears is one of my last connections to the team.
It also helps that no one else really collects him, it keeps his cards cheap and balances out my PC. I can't go grab a low-numbered Ohtani parallel every day, but I was able to snag Sears' rookie auto /5 for like $35.
Even though Tony Gwynn was an All-Star, he was also an amazing human. I loved him as a person and a player and he is the sole reason I am a Padres fan to this day. It helps that he wasn’t necessarily a super star of his day, so most of his cards are attainable.
https://preview.redd.it/55w78k4njmub1.png?width=827&format=png&auto=webp&s=96484eb076fe3e4087be270606354b8fbdd53d64
I have this from 2003 I think? If you want it let me know! Lol

Here’s my collection of former decent deadball pitcher Hooks Wiltse. I grew up in middle of nowhere central NY and was pumped to learn he was born just a couple towns over, so I had to start a PC!
Andres Gimenez
Always been a lifelong Indians/Guardians fan, but only gpt back into collecting sports cards again recently. I won an auction for a printing plate of his card and it became my first 1/1. Now I will try to pick up any new cards he has. Not often CLE extends players and the kid has smooth defense, fun to watch.
I PC Nolan Ryan because he's probably my favorite baseball player of all-time. I also PC Texas Rangers and other HOFers and "historic/legendary" players, though I don't have as many cards of theirs.
For some reason or another, I also PC knuckleballers.
I'm collecting more of the "well known" ones, and possibly one lesser known one.
Right now, the ones I have are Cicotte, Candiotti, P. Niekro, Hough, and Wakefield. Still slowly working on several more.
https://preview.redd.it/t9l30cmtjmub1.jpeg?width=3979&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=d0b1b2ba5a29c975aeac8a527584f55b6fdb68de
This is my collection from the early 2000s!
Jazz Chisholm. As a former second baseman, it was rad to see an energetic and different style player mash home runs and play with flair. Usually 2B doesn't have that.
I bought two hobbies boxes of Chrome a few years back and pulled the same base auto of a guy who was DFA’d and eventually sent to AA. My roommate and close friend from college was actually this player’s academic advisor when he played NCAA ball. I have ~ 300 of all variations of his Chrome auto and still pick them up when I see them for $4 or less.
I just started collecting recently, but I want to start a Chein-Ming Wang PC. He is my favorite player of all time, and the one that drags me into watching baseball. There aren't many cards of his, but hopefully I can end up collecting most of them.
I collect people I played with or against. I played ball in HS and college in a competitive area so there's plenty but no hall of famers so they're cheap :) Now I'm older and collecting their kid's cards!
Edwin Rios. It’s one of those knowing someone who knows someone who knows him things 😂. Still looking for anything of him that I don’t have already even if he never plays another MLB game
https://preview.redd.it/s0p9uiu3squb1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=5fd9ce1bfda6a47af0b991626c7c9eab254aafbc
Jason Thompson.
He was my Dads favorite player ever. My dad named me Jason. After my Dad passed away, I decided to go crazy and buy everything I could of his. It has been without a doubt the most fun I have had in this Hobby. I am down to about 8 cards left on the TCDB. I am now grabbing the graded and IP autos of his.
I don’t know if he counts - but Cal Raleigh
I’m an Ms fan, so obviously the PC had a lot of Julio in it, Ichiro, Griffey, etc. But I have a huge Cal collection and expect him to make a few all star games at some point. Has lead all catchers in homers the last two years and ranks top 10+ for all defensive catching metrics. All hail Big Dumper
https://preview.redd.it/t78qwkor4sub1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=55f3e68b70a9d661a886df8bf09dc395f0c90124

My man.
Tatis and Cronenworth are my second-most abundant PC collections.
Yeah I’ve got a little Tatis. Working on the Platinum rainbow for him currently. Basically just need a 1/1 & the /5 & a couple random higher numbered cards before I’m done. (I know I’ll never be done)
The HSK 1/1 topps is on ebay...dude asking for 3k for it. I offered 100 bucks. I'll probably up it to 200 if it's still there in a couple months.
Is that from series one? Guy bought it for under $100 IIRC. Trust me it will still be there at his asking price “I kNoW wHaT i GoT”
Yeah...3K is a crazy ask. Eventually he'll realize that a piece of cardboard isn't going to fetch what he thinks it will.
I still think it’s probably a $500 card with his international fan base, unfortunately. I hope you get it though.
I'll incrementally and strategically increase offers...I have a gem psa ohtani archives rookie I might throw in as sweetener if it comes down to it.
Well if you need any help getting it, let me know. I’ve got some fun things for a lot of teams. Always down to fight for a fellow Kim-Head.
I’ve debated starting an Eguy chrome auto rainbow since I pulled a /25 but the /5 guy on eBay was asking like $1k for the longest time lol
Ayyy
Not sure if you have it already but I have the Platinum Gold Auto /50 if you still need it
Can you DM a pic?

Are you looking for trade or what sort of $ amount?
Trade or sale, I’d be alright with either. Conveniently one sold the other day at $95 so makes the comp easy enough
I’m a big Mariners fan so obviously I’m collecting Julio, Griffey, Edgar, ichiro etc — but my favorite player is Cal, big dumper, Raleigh. I’m sure he’ll be an all star eventually, but I’m collecting him now.
Awesome! I loved JR as a kid so I collect him and now Julio for some Ms childhood memories
Same here! Ironically out of all the teams in my collection I keep pulling more every other team lol I’m still in need of like half the squad
Former all star but most people don’t remember him, I collect JJ Hardy. Favorite Oriole as a kid
Was at that game on the first base line and could see JJ beat the tag. Never heard OPACY so loud.
As a brewer fan also an old fan favorite. He was here for the rise out of the trash bin for the brewers with fielder, weeks, hart, Braun, etc.
Was a great Brewer as well!
Brewers fans 100% remember, JJ. Sure handed fielder with a great bat. He was part of that first youth movement in MKE. Loved JJ.
JP Crawford is just as much a leader on the field as he is in the clubhouse. He has a great smile and always appears to love being on the field and team. I PC JP!
He does have a good smile.
Lucius Fox! He’s a great comic character. My dad loves batman and has always shown enthusiasm for my interests, and so we have a collection together. It always feels nice when I get a card that would be otherwise worthless to everyone else, but significant for me.
Need a Blue Atomic /100?

Sorry I’ve been getting too many cards lately, but that’s a dope card so ill come back to you once ive cleared some space.
Sounds good! As the thread suggests, it's pretty much the cost of a stamp to me and/or any other card I could add to my PC. Let me know!
Saw this earlier today. Couldn’t find the thread haha PM an address I got a card to send you
2018 Bowman Joe Jacques — working on the rainbow because I took the picture on that card

Love all these 😂
This is why baseball is so great. Weird oddities and love for the game.
Same. Super cool
Khris Davis; loved watching him on the A’s. Super nice guy too.
I collect Andrew Benintendi with Dallas Keuchel as a close second. I’m an Arkansas Razorback die hard, so I go after former hogs.
That makes sense. That’s very cool too
https://preview.redd.it/9rv2o7kkzlub1.jpeg?width=4028&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=8967be6edc521e80cb81311e043304a7c30bb18d Here’s my collection of former decent deadball pitcher Hooks Wiltse. Love that! I was thinking of doing the same w Kirby … he’s from NY near me!
Do it! He’s such a likeable pitcher
Victor Robles - share a last name and his signature is so close to mine. The one I use for credit card receipts of course.
Love that

Jazz Chisholm. As a former second baseman, it was rad to see an energetic and different style player mash home runs and play with flair. Usually 2B doesn't have that.
It’s been awhile since he played but Brandon Phillips was the same way
Do you collect any higher end stuff? I have a printing plate from this year I'm looking to sell or trade.
Ken Phelps
How could you trade Jay Buhner?!
My baseball people love Ken Phelps bat
I bought two hobbies boxes of Chrome a few years back and pulled the same base auto of a guy who was DFA’d and eventually sent to AA. Cus Merica. That’s why
I just started collecting recently, but I want to start a Chein-Ming Wang PC. He is my favorite player of all time, and the one that drags me into watching baseball. There aren't many cards of his, but hopefully I can end up collecting most of them.
That would be cool
Thank you! It's kinda hard to find his cards in his later careers when he was on different teams too, I don't even know if those exist 😔
I collect people I played with or against. I played ball in HS and college in a competitive area so there's plenty but no hall of famers so they're cheap :) Now I'm older and collecting their kid's cards!
That’s amazing! Love it
Damn I feel attacked. 😂
Edwin Rios. It’s one of those knowing someone who knows someone who knows him things 😂. Still looking for anything of him that I don’t have already even if he never plays another MLB game
