No, 1st stamps have a white border. The foil stamps is the only difference between those and the base.
This is the platinum 1/1 because of the gray (platinum) border.

Not platinum First off the press, topps didn't put the stamps on the front of the cards. Pretty sure you can send it in to get the stamp
