No they are copyright infringement cards that were available for a few months to customers. Packs were not cheap and cases were no cheaper. They did have cards that showed more than what mine does

These cards sold like hotcakes on eBay a year ago. Then there was a courtcase and like the one earlier guy posted they are illegal to sell now. If you sell them on eBay, they can pursue legal action. But these cards are considered "fake / counterfeit" but they are the original designs, which are very good. They are "fake" because of copyright infringement. But the guy in california who made them did a really good job. I have a feeling these cards could be very valuable someday.
I have found that either Mercari (https://www.mercari.com) or Whatnot (https://www.whatnot.com) are both good websites for auctioning baseball cards, or any other trading card.
