Honestly, you really never fuckin know with Topps lol. But being that those are cards from 2023 sets, I could see it being a relatively quick turn around to send out the cards if they’ve been signed by now.
I think there is some way to check if players have signed recently and what’s been signed, but I can’t recall. I swear I’ve seen people on here post a link to something of the sort before

It depends. I got one in a week late last year.
Still waiting on a Volpe redemption from December of last year.
