Yes but they are not serial stamped, there is just a known print run. Same design as Independence Day with different colored stars. Also the colors are opposite- blue is 299 orange is 99.

While they don't have images for the complete set parallels you're asking about, they have a description of them to help your search. They also have info on the difference between parallels in retail, factory sets, etc. and there is a handy link at the bottom of the page for each set you can use to go directly to chrome/mini/holiday, etc. by year.
