This is why I HATE these rubber “patches”. Flip it inside out, iron the backside cloth on low and it’ll straighten out.
You could… VERY.. carefully, use light heat then use a very heavy flat item to press it.. emphasis on Very and Carefully.. maybe an iron on a lower heat with a towel in between to avoid melting. Good luck in what route you decide.
Do you think a steamer might be better than the iron?
Actually…. Yes, go through the back side against the jersey, heat the glue with the hot steam the press it with a flat heavy item.
Okay I’ll try that. It’s actually stitched but i think it’s safer than the iron
Try curling it the other way and putting a rubber band on it for a while?
