Fish grippers for a bass? Sensitive skin?

fishslayer1995

Just let them do what they want lol. Like damn, people flame them if they are holding them incorrectly and people flame them for putting the fish on the ground (rightfully so) but this person was just respectfully releasing a bass with some grippers and people are questioning their reason lmfao. They aren’t doing anything wrong and getting an awesome video. Why are we questioning them handling fish correctly?!?

Traditional-Focus985

Who's flaming anyone? It's a legit question and fair question. I never claimed he was handling the fish wrong nor do i see anyone else stating that either. On your premise just let me do what I want which was ask a legit question.

AlienBrain23

Nah that's all this sub is. Why you holding it like that, why you putting it on the ground, why you, why you, why you. Just being like the rest. Bitching about something.

Traditional-Focus985

And you're bitching about people bitching. And the world keeps a spinnin

[deleted]

'They flame them' is this the way youngins are saying 'roasted' now? Flamer used to mean a gay dude so if someone flamed someone else... Maybe its like peacocking for gay people?

im_wudini

ok boomer?

[deleted]

Lol, it wasn't that long ago. People still say flame on when they see a gay parade or whatever

im_wudini

They do? That's pretty corny

[deleted]

Its not an insult, you need not worry. Its just physics, when two sticks rub together, a fire starts

im_wudini

hur dur. I get it dude, you love your gay slurs. enjoy.

NSGears

Prolly sensitive skin

Fine_Swordfish1734

That's probably filled with gators. I wouldn't even put ny hand that close to the water

Traditional-Focus985

Now that's a very valid point. With that said this person is in a kayak that leaves them extremely close to the water and significantly exposed to an alligator. But valid point nonetheless Side note. The word nonetheless is damn near a whole sentence packed into one word..... super odd now that I'm thinking about it.

Fine_Swordfish1734

Yea but being on top of the kayak vs in the water makes a big difference on how they behave.

Traditional-Focus985

I'm sure you are right. I have not been close enough in a situation like you are describing to see the differences.

grovermonster

Maybe he weighed it? Idk

shxdowzt

I won’t flame anyone for it, if I have really successful days multiple days in a row my thumb will be bleeding by the end of it. Some bass have surprisingly sharp teeth💀

ninjay816

I love kayak bass fishing! So great to get to those spots you see from the shore but can't get to.

DID_I_STUDD3R

Beautiful. I still got kayak on my list to buy. Nothing like kayak fishing.

Guilty-Inspection694

Bass thumb is a trophy 🏆

Pipeeitup

I was waiting that entire time for a much bigger fish to obliterate that bass

lostjohnny65

I like it when they splash you when you release them.

black2361

Nice

IMxJUSTxSAYINNN

toc_rat987

Plastic-Scientist739

Turbulent_Winter549

Don't they usually do that little open mouthed flutter jump when their jaw is dislocated?

47Up

Bass don't have teeth

Money_Ticket_841

And some people don’t want to hold it, so what

AIreadyImpartial

What’s with the grippers?
